1 ~ The title is very direct in what it is talking about and straight away you know that it is going to be a action packed book, the book would be geat for anyone that like kids book with alot of adventure.
2 ~ first, The extream adventre of the Borneo eruptions. second, sam's extream adventures
3 ~ The story is about a young boy always looking for something out of the ordinary, this bos called sam and in monkey mountain he gets in a bit of trouble when he gets caught in the middle of a volcano with his teacher, there only way is down the mountain but they get could in a bit of trouble along the way.

3 ~ The first time I saw the book it looked oka but what really crabed my attention was the title " monkey mountain " which looked really cool and caught my attention straight away.
4 ~ I like the over all cover and the boy sam fending a monkey of with a stick, this pretty cool and the volcano erupting in the background made me think that there will be heaps of events that are happening in the background
5 ~ Your striaght into the action within seconds, a class trip to the borneo volcano's turns ugly and young boy named sam is right in the middle of it, him and his teacher are stranded on the island of the borneo jungle and are racing agains the clock to find away out and off the ones dormant volcano. A series of events acour along the way which is great and extreamly fun to read.
My Reading Experiences -
1 ~ When I find a book that appeals to me I like to go somewhere that is relaxing and where i can't get distracked. This helps me amagine what is going on in the story and what someof the characters look like and how they speak.
2 ~ I like reading at anytime of the day as long as that i get get away from other things that i like doing. when I like a book I find it very hard to put it down until i have finshed reading. If I had to pick a time of the day that i read is proably and during the middle of the day.
3 ~ My favourite author is Jeff Kinney who has made many book but my favourite would have to be the series of Diary Of A Wimpy Kid. I found these books very fun to read as they where about kids at middle school that were trying to be the coolest at the school, i found these books enjoyable to read becuase of all the drama and comedy with in the series of the books. There titles have been titles that you can just amagine what is going to happen and that drive makes you to never put it down.
4 ~ I have had teaches come up to me and tell me that i might enjoy reading some books becuase they know what im capable of reading and what I like. Just the other day i was tell my mate about this book i read once and i think he is liking it. With some of my mates that also struggle to enjoy reading and find it hard to have the drive i have recommend diary of a wimpy kid as it is a book that i think me and my mates share taiest in.
5 ~ Yes the authur Jeff Kinneys style and humour in writing the series of diary of a wimpy kid is some parts are similar to some of the books in extream adventures. Both authors are very different in some cases but both have a little bit of comedy in them.
Electronic Literature -
1 ~ I think e literature is a great, I beleive it might encourage youg readers becuase you can simply just carry it around anywhere and inlarge the text if your finding the font to hard to read. With items such as the ipad and tablets these days you can buy and download a book over one of these within seconds! This way of reading is a way of the future.
2 ~ Inamaite alice is a great way for kids of our generation to read on the technology that we have today. Kids these day find it easier to read on such as a laptop etc that a book. With internet companies like inamaite alice you can store and read 100's of books while you have to hire or buy books from shops. Inamaite alice is a way of the future and will incorrage ids to read on internet appliances.
3 ~ The problem with e literature is that the internet can crash and lose all the books on your softwear. Kidscan get distracted easy by other internet sites such as, facebook and other social meida sites.
4 ~ Some people might think that reading on the internet isn't any different to reading a book, in some ways I agree with this statement as you are still learning the key ways to read and maybe even better as they can help read it for you. They can incurrage you to keep getting on the computer for reasons other than social media.
5 ~ Movie, applications and social media.
6 ~ Well I personaly like the reading on the internet becuase I just find it funner was to read and i dont get distracted as much, plus with stuff such as social media you are constantly reading post, comments and messages.
The Design Of The Novel -
1 ~ The colours on my book are bright and appealing, the cover design is good and when I first looked at it looked like it would be a adventurest book, MONKEY MOUNTAIN in big yellow bold instantly grabed my attention, the illistations on the cover are really cool and make it look like a real life senarion but its actully just a cartoon, I think that the over all cover was appealing and cought my attention from the get go and thats proably why I got it.
2 ~ The monkey on the front cover lookes very scary and was very appealing to the style of reading I like. The font size was good for my abilty to read well and with some of the words were challenging though out the book but was good fun.
3 ~ I think that when you make a book the cover has to stand out for the age group your appealing to. if the cover is dull it wont be looked at as much, to make a cover look good you need a big title, a good setting in the background and a main picture on the front.
4 ~ Yes some of the books I have read resently have looked good but when iv sarted to read it and look at the blog I have found out that it is not for me and not something I would like to read.
5 ~ My glance at the book straight away made me think of a demon or a scary person that has a twist to it. Although when I get a book I get it on the type and thickness of it. This book looks like it would be pretty cool and a book that would be creep with a twist behind it.
Learning About Authors -
1 ~ I really enjoyed reading the 1st, 5th and 6th blog. The first one was really cool and the front page of the blog was very bright in colour and attracted my attention. Number 5 was cool and the author made books that looked really funny and some where about sport which I like reading about. The last one I really like because the man was also a photographer and he had madd pictures and looked like a interesting blog
2 ~ The authors all started off in diiffernt times in there life, some as young as ten when they published there first book. Some of the people got the insperation from there family and in particular there mothers fore some
3 ~ My first author is Jeff Kenny is an author that has a particular style that i dont know anyother author has, the comedy and drama though the book is so ingaeging and i can straight away put a picture in my head of what is happening. The second author is Paul Genning, who makes good series of books with great amagination and comes up with very good stories
4 ~ Jeff Kinney, was born on the febuary the 19th 1971. He first started writing when he was little and was good at drawing cartoons. He grew up in Fort Washington in America and atended the University Of Maryland at college park. Jeff specialises in Comic books and is well knowen for his series of Diary Of A Wimpy Kid. He is a farther with two children and loves Making comics about them

The last hill of the day, I have been preparing for this moment for the last 2 years now and to be honest i am really worried. This hill has never been longboarded down ever and if I do it I will have the respect of all the skateboarders in the region. Well here I go i had the weight of the world on my shoulders with all the people gathering around the hill some call Drivers nightmare!!! I clicked my helmet buckle on and the adreneline was running wild with in me. I pushed my foot of the smoothly tared road and of i went, the sound of my wheels buring on the road was amazing and at this moment i was 1 quater down and I haden't got the speed wobbles yet and I was slowly gaining conferdence my heat was racing a houndred miles per hour and i was doing well. The growd was roaring in the background and i was moving like a bullet. I was now about 200m away from the flat and all I had to do was maintaine my balance. I could here the rubber of my wheels burning off legit and now all i had to do was stay on the board.

This is it what it all comes down to the 1917 grand final. I been dreaming of his moment for years and now was the time to win.We the tamworth goats vs our number 1 rivals the burbangary gators. Us to teams had been having close matches everytime we played them. We taped up and the whistle blew. and at a flick of a coin we kicked off. It was perfect conditions with a little bit of dew on the surface of the lush green feild. They came out hard and in the first ten minutes they where up by 10. We had the ball and out of the side of mear i herd my coach call out " set play, set play ' I got the ball and kicked it of the side of my ragity old boots. My winger raced down the side of the feild and contested for the ball at this point I couldnt see what was going on and yes i herd the referee blow the whistle. Us the goats where back in it and the home crowd as behind us at the break. we went back on and it was a heavey hitting game for 20 long and hard minutes. The clock was winding down and footy season was slowly running out. it was 3 miutes to go and all we had to do was score and convert and try. We used our forwards as battering rams to get down the other end of the feild and then spreaded it wide to our speedsters. It was the last play and we had to pull out all the goods, I got the ball and dummyed straight threw the burbangary defence but i needed back up. I was so close and out of the corner of my eye was a little centre chasing me down 5 metres to go and i grubbed the ball in the try line and it was a spnit for the finish I jumped about 1 second before the centre i got a touch on the ball we had one and the game will be remember for the rest of my life.
